Mr. Dilip Moses, Moses Dilip Misquitta, Grade 11 It gives me great pleasure to write about our overall experience with Credence School and especially my son's class Grade 11A Science. I would like to describe it pointwise.
My experience right from admission to now has been quite good. The security, reception, accounts dept, tr... ansport dept, admin and support staff are all courteous, trained and sensitive to service. This conveys a professional approach. On the phone too, my calls were always attended and returned to promptly with solutions.
Teachers are involved with children's academics and parents are briefed of shortcomings and concerns by respective teachers. I am seeing improvement in my ward's attention and sincerity to studies.
Sincerely, without bias, I like Shyam sir's approach and style of teaching. Motivational quotes and thoughts to kick start the day prompts students and parents alike to introspect. Daily/weekly updates, summaries of classroom activities and weekly planners keep students and parents on their toes. Tips for students and parents which we often miss out and take for granted are helpful to focus. The Parent-Teachers meets are well organised and feedback about my ward's progress in personal conduct and academics is candid. I like this as it helps plan improvements.
